Nathan T. Leong helps business owners – as well as their families and businesses – protect their investments and plan for the future. He represents and advises clients in a variety of areas, including business law, general corporate, estate planning, taxation, commercial law, real estate, and public utility and telecommunications law.

Nathan is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Illinois. His court admissions include the Western District of Wisconsin, the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Madison Area Growth Network.

Nathan is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School (J.D. 2009), where he was Associate Managing Editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal, received the R. Arthur Ludwig Merit Award, and competed in the Thomas Tang National Moot Court Competition. Nathan earned his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Wheaton College (IL) (B.A. 2005), where he received the President’s Award and was elected to the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society.

Before joining the firm, Nathan worked as a law clerk at a government regulatory agency, served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Sarah B. O'Brien of the Dane County Circuit Court, and worked in the Litigation Department of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He also co-founded an after-school soccer program for refugee children living in communities outside Chicago and lead volunteers in job training initiatives for the homeless and in developmental services for special needs adults.

Nathan was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He and his wife love living in Madison. Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife, playing tennis, city-scape photography, reading, and watching professional sports.
