Sherry Lindgren received her Paralegal associate degree in 2006 from Madison Area Technical College.

Ms. Lindgren works as a paralegal in the litigation area as well as the firm's Spanish translator.

Ms. Lindgren has assisted attorneys on cases in state and federal trial courts and appellate courts. She has assisted in litigations involving multiple parties, extensive discovery and detailed document management. She is very knowledgeable in state and federal court rules from the administrative process on through to the supreme courts. Among her skills are:

• Ability to prepare necessary pleadings in civil proceeding, including summons and complaints, notices, motions, stipulations, affidavits and voluntary dismissals.

• Ability to prepare and organize exhibits necessary for evidentiary purposes in depositions and hearings before the court, to conduct document productions and to respond to discovery requests.

• Experience in assisting with the deposition process by preparing notices, subpoenas and exhibits.

• Experience in trial preparation, trial briefing, preparation of trial exhibits, including demonstrative exhibits and post-trial briefing.

• Assistance at trial by managing exhibits and coordinating witnesses.

Ms. Lindgren, who is originally from the Republic of Panama, also assists with translating from English to Spanish and Spanish to English both written and oral.

Ms. Lindgren lives in Sun Prairie with her husband and two children.
